You know the scene...
It’s 6 a.m. and the blankets are pulled over your head. You curl your knees up to your chin as the voice between your ears says, “I can’t do it. I can’t go to work today. I’ve had enough.” You’ve hit the wall...but you get up and go anyway.

On the outside, you have all the trappings of success. But inside your head and your heart, it’s a different scene altogether. The niggling feeling that you’re really capable of much, much more if you only had the chance, that maybe you’re not living up to expectations, can create an empty hole inside you that nothing seems to fill. Or an aching desire for the clock to roll around to 5 p.m. so you can escape.

I know it’s possible to move out of the box
you feel trapped in….I know because I did it!

I was in exactly the same situation as you but I found a way to a life where I’m in control. A life that gets me bouncing out of bed in the morning and excited about the day. Read my story here.
